Yes. After you shorten on the homepage, the success panel shows a QR and a PNG download. Sign in if you want the link saved under My URLs.
No. The QR encodes the short /r/{code} URL. Editing the destination updates where that path opens.

No automatic expiry. Codes keep working until you delete the short link or stop sharing it. On Pro+, edit the destination anytime.
